JOB OVERVIEW

I am a passionate content creator building a brand-new YouTube channel. My strength is entirely in front of the camera and creating the content itself, so I want to focus 100% on the creative side. I am looking for a brilliant YouTube Strategist and Social Media Manager to handle the growth, algorithm optimization, and multi-platform distribution.

If you love the YouTube algorithm, know how to make short-form content go viral, and want to help build an audience from the ground up, let's collaborate!

With proven results that you know how to grow a channel.

This job will start with 15 hours a week and looking to grow into a full time position.

What You Will Do:
YouTube SEO & Optimization: Write compelling, click-worthy titles for long-form videos, craft engaging descriptions, and research high-performing keywords.

Handle all youtube studio work with tags, descriptions etc for each post.

Shorts & TikTok Strategy:
Help manage and optimize YouTube Shorts, and cross-promote that content seamlessly onto TikTok to maximize reach and drive traffic back to the main channel. And IG

Algorithm & Analytics: Analyze YouTube and TikTok, IG, analytics to track audience retention, CTR, and views, using those insights to suggest content tweaks.

Thumbnail & Hook Concepting: Work with me to brainstorm high-CTR thumbnail ideas and suggest strong "hooks" for the first 3 seconds of our short-form videos.

Channel & Feed Management: Upload, schedule, and organize content, and help manage the community comments section across both platforms. And IG

How to Apply:
Please send a message with:
