Position Overview:
The International Marketing and Admission Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organisation’s international student recruitment and marketing activities, with a primary focus on Australia Onshore and other designated international markets. The role involves developing and implementing marketing initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with education agents, analysing market trends, and providing administrative support throughout the student enrolment and admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Campaign Management
* Plan, develop, implement, and monitor international marketing campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
* Coordinate promotional activities, events, webinars, exhibitions, and recruitment initiatives to increase international student enrolments.
* Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Develop marketing materials and promotional content suitable for international markets.
Education Agent Relationship Management
* Establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with international education agents and business partners.
* Provide timely information, training, and marketing support to education agents.
* Regularly communicate with agents regarding course offerings, admission requirements, promotional campaigns, and recruitment opportunities.
* Monitor agent performance and assist in identifying new partnership opportunities.
Market Research and Business Development
* Analyse international education market trends, competitor activities, and student demand.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging recruitment opportunities.
* Prepare reports, recommendations, and strategic proposals to support business growth and international market expansion.
* Contribute to the development of annual marketing and recruitment strategies.
Student Enrolment and Admissions Support
* Assist prospective international students throughout the enquiry, application, and enrolment process.
* Liaise with education agents and applicants to ensure complete and accurate application documentation.
* Coordinate with internal admissions staff to facilitate timely processing of student applications.
* Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and education agents.
Administrative Duties
* Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, agent communications, and recruitment outcomes.
* Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, recruitment statistics, and market intelligence.
* Assist with other marketing, recruitment, and administrative duties as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Business, Education, or a related discipline.
* Minimum two years’ experience in international marketing, student recruitment, education consultancy, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the international education sector and student recruitment processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.

* Experience working with Australian education providers, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), colleges, or universities.
* Existing network of international education agents, particularly within the Philippines.
* Experience using digital marketing platforms, social media advertising,
