We're growing and are looking for an outstanding Client Intake Specialist to become an important part of our team.

This is NOT a cold-calling role.
Every person you speak with has already contacted us or requested information about our services. Your job is to build rapport, understand their circumstances and guide them through the first step of becoming a client.

We are a growing Australian legal practice that helps people who can no longer work because of injury or illness access insurance benefits through their superannuation.
Many of our clients are going through one of the most difficult periods of their lives. Every conversation matters, which is why we're looking for someone who is professional, empathetic and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day you'll be:
- Calling warm enquiries who have already requested information.
- Speaking with Australian clients over the phone.
- Building trust and making clients feel comfortable.
- Asking questions to understand their circumstances.
- Explaining our process clearly and professionally.
- Recording accurate notes in our CRM.
- Scheduling and completing follow-up calls.
- Sending client intake documentation when required.
- Working closely with our legal and administration teams.
- Submitting a daily end-of-day report.

Minimum Requirements
You will need:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- A reliable computer.
- High-speed internet.
- A quiet, professional workspace.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during Sydney, Australia business hours.
- The ability to learn new systems and follow established processes.
