Commera Funding is a US-based business capital advisory firm — we help business owners across all 50 states get working capital (loans, lines of credit, MCA/revenue-based funding, equipment & receivables financing). We're hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to call US business owners, qualify them, and book funding consultations for our advisors. Fixed salary, not commission-only.
What you'll do:

Make ~300 outbound calls/day to US business owners using our dialer + Close CRM
Qualify prospects on monthly revenue and funding needs using our script
Book qualified appointments onto our advisors' calendars
Handle common objections ("not interested," "already have funding," "call me later")
Log every call outcome accurately in Close and hit daily/weekly booking targets
Follow up with warm leads by call, SMS, and email

What we're looking for:

Excellent, clear spoken English with a neutral accent
Prior cold calling / appointment setting experience — MCA, business funding, lending, or B2B financial services strongly preferred
Thick skin and consistency; you can hit high volume without losing energy
Comfortable on US business-hours schedule (EST)
Reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet (state your speed)
Experience with dialers and CRMs (Close, GoHighLevel, Mojo, etc.)

Compensation & schedule:

$1,000/month fixed salary, paid [weekly/bi-weekly]
Full-time, Mon–Fri, US EST hours
Long-term role with room to grow into a closer/advisor support position
[Optional: bonus per booked appointment that funds]
