We're a boutique Amazon advertising agency serving US and European clients, and an Amazon Ads Verified Partner. We've built the agency around long client tenures and a small core team that has worked together for years.
About the Role
- You'll be the daily point of contact via Slack/ Teams/
- The campaign execution and the PPC strategy sit with PPC Manager and our in-house system & software. Your job is to understand each account well enough to run an intelligent client conversation, know when to answer directly and when to bring us in, and make every client feel heard and well-served.
This is not a campaign-execution seat and it is not a button-pushing role. It is a client role. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career with one company, not someone looking for the next gig in six months. If that's you, keep reading.
What you'll do
- Own daily client communication across Slack and Microsoft Teams. Live coverage during the US overlap window, 8 to 10 hour response time outside it.
- Answer routine account questions independently using our SOPs and account context.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries for clients. We have templates and a reporting framework.
- Coordinate with our internal team to get clients the answers and analysis they ask for.
- Keep detailed account notes so the team always has full context.
- Escalate technical questions and strategic decisions to the founder and the team. Knowing when to escalate is part of doing this job well.
What you bring
- Excellent written and spoken English. Non-negotiable. You are the voice clients see every day.
- 2+ years in a client-facing role. You've owned client relationships, not just supported someone who did.
- A working understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising. You know the ecosystem, you understand rankings and how accounts fit together, and you know enough about PPC to talk to a client about it. You do not need to be a PPC specialist. We handle execution. What matters is that you can hold the conversation and know when a question is beyond you.
- Comfort learning systems and working from SOPs. Most of this role is using the right tools well.
- Comfortable using Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace daily.
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for occasional client calls.
- Long-term mindset. You want stability, growth, and a team that values you.
We can train the Amazon detail. We can't train judgment and communication. That's what we're screening for.
What we offer
Clear growth path: part-time to full-time, coordinator to account manager to team lead.
Direct working relationship with the founder, not buried under layers of management.
Small team where your work is seen and your voice matters.
How to apply
Send us a Loom video (3 to 4 minutes max) where you answer these three questions in order:
We want your natural answers. Do not read from a script or from an AI-generated answer. How you think and how you talk to a client is the job, so that is what we are listening for. We can tell when someone is reading, and those submissions are rejected without review.
1. Tell us about yourself and the kind of role you're looking for next. What made you click on this listing specifically?
2. A client who doesn't know Amazon well asks you to explain the difference between ACoS and TACoS. In about 60 seconds, explain it the way you would to them.
3. A client messages you on Slack saying "Our ACoS jumped this week, what's going on?" You haven't looked at the data yet. What's your first reply to them, and why?
Attach your resume along with the Loom link. Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed. We'll respond to every serious submission within 5 business days.
