JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! We're Earth Moon Magick, a premium spiritual brand creating oracle and tarot decks, ritual tools, and ceremonial goods used by people all over the world. Our products are thoughtful, beautiful, and rooted in meaning, and we're growing fast — we now have the capacity to invest more heavily in new products, which means more suppliers, more packaging runs, and more production to manage.

We're hiring a part-time (potential to shift to full-time) Production & Supplier Sourcing Coordinator to own this end-to-end: finding and vetting suppliers, following up with them consistently, and monitoring each production run from sourcing through delivery to our warehouse.

This is a long-term role that will begin part-time (15–20 hours per week) with real potential to grow into a full-time position, with increased pay, for the right person.

~Hours & Pay~
- 15–20 hours per week
- $320/month starting
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible working hours (async work)
- Long-term role with genuine room to grow into full-time and higher pay as you take on more
- Must respond to messages throughout the day — suppliers and founders are often only reachable during certain windows, so timely follow-up matters

~What You'll Be Doing~

Supplier Sourcing & Communication
- Source and vet new suppliers for products and packaging (e.g. tea, tube boxes, packaging, ceremonial items) as new products are greenlit
- Request quotes, samples, and requirements, and keep up consistent, timely follow-up with suppliers
- Route any design or layout questions to the design team and ensure you relay necessary information between design team and suppliers, always getting approval from our two co-founders

Production Monitoring & Coordination
- Track every active production run from sourcing through delivery once it's launched
- Flag issues (e.g. print or quality issues) to the right person quickly
- Collect supplier invoices and send them through for approval and payment

Documentation & Reporting
- Keep clear, up-to-date records of suppliers, quotes, samples, and the status of every active production run
- Share regular, easy-to-follow status updates with leadership and teammates
- Support teammates covering related tasks during the transition period, and help bring new suppliers fully up to speed

~Skills We're Looking For~

- Experience sourcing or managing suppliers for physical products — packaging, specialty goods, or CPG production experience is a strong plus
- Confident, proactive written communicator, comfortable negotiating and following up with suppliers independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to track multiple suppliers and production runs at once without "dropping the ball"
- Comfortable working async with a small & growing, remote team
- Experience monitoring production or quality control is a plus, but not required
