We're a fast-growing beauty e-commerce brand scaling toward 8-figures and beyond. We're looking for a talented Video Editor & Google Veo 3 Specialist who can combine creative storytelling, direct-response marketing, and AI-powered video production to create high-converting video ads.

This is a hybrid role for someone who understands both performance-focused video editing and AI video generation. You'll work closely with our creative strategists, copywriters, and marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Video Editing & Creative Production
Edit and produce video ads (1–5 minutes) for paid advertising campaigns, landing pages, VSLs, podcasts, and other marketing assets.
Create engaging, story-driven content that captures attention and drives purchases.
Combine storytelling, pacing, emotional triggers, and persuasive visuals to maximize retention and conversions.
Work with UGC, voiceovers, b-roll, motion graphics, and on-screen text to build compelling narratives.
Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring scripts and concepts to life.
Continuously iterate and improve creatives based on performance data and testing results.

Google Veo 3 & AI Video Production
Create, test, and optimize prompts to generate high-quality video ads using Google Veo 3.
Manage the full AI production workflow from concept development to final deliverables.
Blend AI-generated content with UGC and traditional creative assets.
Review, refine, and quality-check all AI-generated outputs to ensure they are polished, on-brand, and launch-ready.
Stay current with Google Veo 3 updates, AI video trends, and emerging best practices.
Maintain organized documentation for prompts, revisions, workflows, and creative assets.

Requirements
Must-Have
Proven experience editing VSLs, direct-response ads, or other conversion-focused video content.
Hands-on experience with Google Veo 3 or similar AI video generation tools.
Strong understanding of storytelling, emotional flow, pacing, and audience retention.
Familiarity with marketing hooks, CTA placement, and sales psychology.
Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable using project management tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, or similar.
Available to work 40 hours per week (full-time)
