Senior Full Stack Media Buyer (Full-Time, Remote)
We are a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce company seeking a Senior Full Stack Media Buyer to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels.
This is a long-term opportunity for a dedicated operator who wants to help build something meaningful. We are not looking for freelancers, consultants, agency owners, or individuals managing multiple clients.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience scaling e-commerce brands, managing substantial advertising budgets, and understands how to effectively market products to consumers aged 50 and above—particularly mature female audiences.
**Competitive salary + $2,000+ monthly performance commissions + long-term equity opportunities.**
## Responsibilities
* Manage and scale campaigns across:
* Meta
* TikTok Ads
* Google Ads
* Amazon Ads
* YouTube Ads
* Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations
* Submit detailed performance reports every morning
* Develop and execute creative testing strategies
* Analyze MER, ROAS, CAC, AOV, attribution, and customer behavior trends
* Collaborate closely with creative, retention, and leadership teams
* Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer acquisition efficiency
* Build systems and processes that support sustainable long-term growth
## Requirements
* Senior-level experience in paid media buying
* Proven track record managing high monthly advertising budgets
* Strong e-commerce and direct-response marketing experience
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Highly analytical, organized, and proactive
* Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
* Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and scaling strategies
* Strong reporting and communication habits
## Required Experience
* Experience marketing products to consumers aged 50+
* Experience working with brands targeting mature female audiences is strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of the psychology, buying behavior, and messaging that resonates with older consumers
* Experience with repeat-purchase and retention-focused businesses
* Experience managing multiple acquisition channels simultaneously

* Must have dependable electrical power with minimal interruptions
* Must be able to attend meetings and collaborate without connectivity issues
