JOB OVERVIEW

We're a digital agency looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint specialist to migrate a single SharePoint site from one tenant to another. This is a defined, one-off project with a clear scope. If it goes well, there's potential for ongoing M365 work.
What's involved:

Migrate one SharePoint site to a new M365 tenant, preserving structure and content
Move all document libraries and files (including version history where feasible)
Recreate/migrate 4 SharePoint lists including columns, views, and data
Rebuild 2–3 Power Automate flows in the destination tenant and reconnect them to the migrated lists/libraries
Validate permissions, connections, and that flows trigger correctly post-migration

Required experience:

Proven SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrations (please share examples)
Strong Power Automate knowledge — comfortable re-pointing connections and fixing broken references after a tenant move
Familiarity with migration tooling (ShareGate, Migration Manager, or similar) and manual rebuild where tooling falls short
Understanding of cross-tenant permission and licensing implications
