Company: Early-stage B2B data startup. We sell a downloadable leads database that companies use for outbound sales, competing with Apollo and ZoomInfo on depth, not breadth.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage cold
- Manage
- Write outreach copy that gets replies, not just opens
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on what's working
- Help shape targeting strategy: which verticals, which personas, which angles
- Work closely with the founder on positioning and go-to-market decisions
You're a great fit if you:
- Have hands-on experience running B2B cold
- Understand deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup, sending limits, inbox placement
- Have built prospect lists and know what makes a good one
- Can write cold
- Know tools like SmartLead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Have strong opinions about what works in outbound and aren't afraid to share them
- Have strong spoken and written English
Bonus:
- Experience with data products or selling to sales/marketing teams
- Familiarity with personalization at scale (spintax, dynamic variables, AI-assisted copy)
- Have worked in or with a startup before
Compensation: $1,000/month
