Organic Search & SEO Optimization

• Continuous SEO Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize our Shopify store to improve organic search rankings on Google.
• Google Shopping & Free Listings: Manage and optimize our product feeds for Google Merchant Center to maximize visibility in Google's free listings and organic shopping tabs.
• Keyword & Content Strategy: Execute keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to capture high-intent search traffic.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to monitor organic performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Paid Advertising (Google Ads)

• Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize paid Google advertising campaigns based on the strategic direction provided.
• Performance Max (PMax) & Shopping: Drive sales through expertly managed PMax and Paid Google Shopping campaigns.
• YouTube Ads: Execute targeted YouTube advertising campaigns to build brand awareness and drive conversions.
• Budget Management & Bidding: Monitor ad spend, adjust bidding strategies, and ensure campaigns are running efficiently to achieve the best possible Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Reporting & Collaboration

• Autonomous Execution: Take full ownership of your deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time without the need for micromanagement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to the CEO, highlighting wins, challenges, and actionable insights.
• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CEO & Head of Marketing to ensure all Google activities align with the broader marketing strategies and business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SEO and organic search strategies, specifically for e-commerce/Shopify stores.
• Hands-on experience running successful Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on Performance Max (PMax), Google Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
• Solid, practical understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Experience managing Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, taking initiative and managing your own time effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable optimizations.
• Great communication skills, with the ability to report clearly and effectively to leadership.
