The Opportunity:
You'll be joining a growing photography & Videography business, producing premium content for builders, designers, architects, and other project-based businesses.
Much of the footage you'll work with is interviews with business owners, project walkthroughs, client stories, educational content, and behind-the-scenes videos.
Our clients aren't influencers reading scripts.
They're experienced business owners sharing years of knowledge, craftsmanship, and leadership.
Your job is to identify the strongest
Every edit should feel polished, intentional, and worthy of representing premium brands.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll be responsible for editing approximately 5-10 video assets each week, including:
- Scroll-stopping Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Founder interviews
- Highlight videos
- Educational training content
- Paid advertising creatives
- Client testimonials
- Longer-form storytelling content
You'll also:
- Pull out 3-5 engaging standalone clips from each long-form video using our content markers.
- Design strong opening hooks that capture attention immediately.
- Add captions, motion graphics, B-roll, transitions, music, sound design, and colour grading where appropriate.
- Maintain a consistent editing style across all client work.
- Follow our templates, workflows, and brand guidelines (full training will be provided).
- Provide a thumbnail image or screen grab for every completed edit.
- Collaborate with our team through video calls,
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining an exceptional standard of quality.

- Can watch a 30-minute interview and quickly identify the most compelling

- Take genuine pride in producing premium-quality edits.
We're not looking for someone who simply assembles clips.
We're looking for someone who understands that every video represents a business owner, their business, and years of hard work.
Your edits should help people trust them before they ever pick up the phone.
Essential Requirements - To succeed in this role you'll need:
- Strong experience editing in DaVinci Resolve.
- A portfolio demonstrating both short-form and long-form editing.
- Excellent storytelling ability.
- Confidence creating engaging social media content.
- Experience editing interview-style videos.
- Strong English communication skills and confidence joining video calls.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A reliable internet connection.
- A computer capable of editing high-resolution video efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bonus Skills - While not essential, we'd love it if you also have experience with:
- Real estate, construction, architecture, or design industry content.
- Paid advertising creatives.
- Motion graphics.
- Basic graphic design.
- AI-assisted editing workflows.
- YouTube editing and audience retention strategies.
