JOB OVERVIEW

Appointment Setter/ $6hourly / Weekly Payout

We are currently hiring a dedicated Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant who's fluent in English to support licensed Medicare agents and agencies. Your primary responsibility will be booking qualified appointments with individuals turning 65 or currently on Medicare who have requested information about their coverage options.

This role is heavily phone-based and requires fluent english - confidence, clarity, and professionalism when speaking with U.S.-based prospects.

We are not looking for freelancers managing multiple jobs. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone seeking stability, structure, and growth. Your main goal will be to keep agents’ calendars consistently filled with qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads who requested Medicare information
Handle inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments
Follow scripts naturally and confidently
Professionally overcome basic objections
Confirm appointments and send reminders
Follow up on no-shows and missed calls
Maintain accurate notes in the CRM
Identify leads that require additional follow-up
Ensure no interested prospect is left unattended
This is a performance-driven, results-oriented role focused on booked appointments and calendar management.
