Customer Success Manager – Raire Group

The Role
You own the client experience from onboarding to renewal. You keep members engaged, progressing and getting outcomes, and you turn happy clients into long-term ones who refer.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new members and get them actioning the program fast
- Drive engagement, attendance and completion across all 3 tiers
- Own retention and renewals, spotting at-risk clients before they churn
- Handle client queries and keep response times tight
- Track client progress and surface wins, results and testimonials - you are responsible for helping them get results from the program and guiding them to the right resources
- Manage client data and workflows in GoHighLevel (our CRM)
- Feed insights back to the team to improve delivery and experience
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in customer success, account management or client-facing delivery
- Must have worked within the recruitment industry for at least 2 years
- A track record of retention, renewals or upsell results
- Confident with CRMs and automation tools (GHL a bonus)
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning outcomes
- Strong written and verbal communication
