Job Description

We are looking for an experienced TikTok Growth Specialist & Content Editor who specializes in growing female influencers on TikTok.

This is not an entry-level position. We are only looking for someone who already has experience scaling female creators through organic TikTok content.

Our goal is simple:

Create viral TikTok content that generates millions of views and thousands of new followers.

Your Daily Responsibilities

For every TikTok account you manage, you will:

- Create 3 TikTok carousel posts (photo swipe posts) every day.
- Edit and publish 2 TikTok videos every day.
- Research TikTok every day to discover new trends before they become saturated.
- Save viral TikTok videos for inspiration.
- Save viral TikTok carousel posts and recreate them.
- Come up with new viral content ideas every day.
- Recreate AI carousel posts using Higgsfield with the correct prompts.
- Continuously improve content performance by analyzing what is working.
- Stay ahead of trends instead of following them.

Requirements

You must have experience with:

- Growing female influencers on TikTok.
- Understanding the TikTok algorithm.
- Creating viral TikTok content.
- Creating high-performing TikTok carousel posts.
- Editing short-form videos in CapCut Pro using advanced editing tools.
- Using Higgsfield to create AI-generated TikTok carousel posts.
- Writing effective Higgsfield prompts to recreate and improve viral carousel content.
- Researching viral TikTok carousel posts and recreating them using Higgsfield.
- Finding trends before they become saturated.
- Recreating viral content while making it original.
- Understanding watch time, completion rate, engagement, retention, and shareability.
- Knowing how to avoid TikTok account restrictions while maximizing organic reach.
- Producing high-quality content with excellent attention to detail.
