JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Instagram Reel Editor who specializes in growing female influencers and creators on Instagram.

This is not just an editing position. We are looking for someone who understands Instagram growth, viral content, audience psychology, and how to consistently scale creator accounts.

Our goal is simple:

Create viral Instagram Reels that generate millions of views, reach a large American audience, and bring in thousands of new followers.

Requirements

You must have experience with:

- Editing content for female influencers or creators.
- Understanding the latest Instagram trends.
- Knowing how the Instagram algorithm works.
- Creating Reels with strong hooks, excellent retention, and satisfying endings.
- Editing professionally in CapCut Pro using advanced editing tools.
- Using trending sounds, captions, pacing, transitions, zooms, effects, and subtitles to maximize watch time.
- Coming up with original content ideas based on current trends.
- Creating creative content around major events (for example the FIFA World Cup) and editing it in a way that has viral potential.
- Editing Omegle clips into highly engaging Instagram Reels.
- Understanding what makes people comment, share, save, and rewatch content.
- Producing high-quality edits with excellent attention to detail.

It is a major advantage if you have experience with:

- Creating AI carousel posts using Higgsfield.
- Using AI tools to improve content production.
- Creating sports-related AI carousel posts, especially around the FIFA World Cup.

Every Reel should be optimized to perform well with this audience.
