JOB OVERVIEW

STURDY HAULS LLC is a U.S.-based trucking fleet management company. We help owner-operators and small trucking companies manage their daily operations so they can focus on driving and growing their business.
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and professional Virtual Assistant who can generate new business by calling trucking companies and owner-operators throughout the United States.
This is a sales-focused position. Your primary responsibility is finding qualified owner-operators and trucking companies that are interested in using our fleet management services.

Responsibilities
-Cold call owner-operators and trucking companies throughout the United States
-Introduce our fleet management services professionally
-Build rapport with potential clients
-Answer basic questions about our services
-Overcome common objections
-Qualify interested prospects
-Schedule appointments with the company owner
-Keep accurate notes in our CRM or spreadsheet
-Follow up with previous leads
-Maintain daily call and lead reports
-Meet daily and weekly call targets

Requirements
-Excellent spoken and written English
-Neutral or easy-to-understand accent
-Confident speaking on the phone
-Friendly and professional personality
-Strong communication and persuasion skills
-Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
-Reliable high-speed internet
-Quiet workspace
-Good computer skills
-Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
-Previous cold calling experience
-Appointment setting experience
-Sales experience
-B2B sales experience
-Experience in trucking, freight, dispatching, or logistics (preferred but not required)
