JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We create health and wellness content and need a detail-oriented VA
to produce approximately 150 AI avatar videos per month (4–5 per day).
This is a high-volume, quality-first role. You do not need to work
every single day, batch your work however suits you, but output must stay consistent
so we can maintain a daily posting schedule.

If you don't have direct experience with the tools below, please do not apply.

REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS:
(All Subscriptions and accounts will be provided to you by us)

- Nano Banana: generating AI avatar images and scenes from prompts
- Veo 3 (via Google Flow): animating images, running multiple
generations, selecting the best takes
- CapCut: assembling clips, cutting silences, adding captions,
polishing final video
- AI prompting: knowing how to write and refine prompts to get
consistently good, clean generations
- Sharp visual eye: ability to spot glitches, artifacts, warped
faces, flickering, or anything off before it reaches the client
- Attention to detail: high volume work that still needs to look
good every single time

THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER ROLE. You should already know how to navigate
these tools, identify the best generations, and deliver clean videos
without hand-holding.

TWO MAIN VIDEO TYPES:

1. Long-form CTA videos (1–2 minutes)
Product-focused videos that build interest and drive viewers toward an offer. (example: ---------- )

2. Short growth videos (under 1 minute)
Punchy, engaging content designed to attract new audiences and stop the scroll. (example: ---------- )

YOUR WORKFLOW FOR EACH VIDEO:
1. Review the script, reference video, and creative brief
2. Create all scenes in Nano Banana — generate multiple options per scene
3. Animate in Veo 3 — run multiple generations per clip
4. Review all generated takes — select only the best, cleanest versions
5. QC every clip: reject anything with visual artifacts, glitches, or off-brand results
6. Download selected clips and assemble in CapCut
7. Remove dead air, awkward pauses, and silence gaps
8. Add accurate captions and do a final polish pass
9. Upload finished video to the shared Google Drive folder

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Proven hands-on experience with Nano Banana, Veo 3, and CapCut
- A sharp eye for quality — you can tell a great AI generation from a mediocre one
- Zero tolerance for glitches, artifacts, or sloppy edits before delivery
- Strong attention to detail across a high volume of work
- Creativity over time — we want you to experiment, suggest ideas, and improve the content
- Consistent output so our posting schedule never slips
- Clear, proactive communication if anything is delayed or unclear
