JOB OVERVIEW

Do you enjoy connecting tools, fixing messy systems, and making online platforms run better? We’re building a fun and growing online community that helps VAs become more AI-ready, and we’re looking for a Systems Admin Virtual Assistant to manage the tech side of our project.

You’ll help us work with tools like Skool, Facebook, GoHighLevel, Slack, Claude, and other AI tools. Your job is to help keep things organized, test workflows, support automations, document processes, and help the team build smoother systems as the community grows.

What You’ll Do
• Set up and organize Skool, Facebook, GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, and AI-related workflows
• Build forms, pipelines, automations, and member tracking systems
• Test tools and troubleshoot when something breaks
• Use Claude or other AI tools to help create SOPs, checklists, and process notes
• Keep data, contacts, forms, and workflows clean and organized
• Suggest improvements to make the system simpler and easier to run

You’re a Great Fit If You Are
• Techy, curious, and not afraid to click around and figure things out
• Experienced with GoHighLevel, CRMs, automations, or online platforms
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good at documenting steps clearly
• A strong communicator who updates the team when something is done, stuck, or needs a decision
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys improving how things work

Bonus Points If You Know
• Skool or online course/community platforms
• GHL workflows, forms, calendars, funnels, or pipelines
• Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, or similar tools
• AI prompt writing or simple automation setup
• Dashboard, tracker, or spreadsheet cleanup
