Marketing Project Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who loves organization, systems, checklists, and making sure nothing gets missed.
This is not an administrative assistant position.
This is a project coordination role inside a fast-paced marketing agency where you’ll be responsible for making sure projects move from idea to completion with consistency and accountability.
Every client meeting, onboarding, website project, advertising campaign, CRM implementation, automation build, or creative project needs someone ensuring the right tasks exist, the correct people are assigned, deadlines are met, and every checklist is followed.
You’ll often begin by reviewing Zoo
If something is missing, you’ll notice it before anyone else does.
If a process doesn’t exist, you’ll help build one.
If a checklist can be improved, you’ll improve it.

Required Experience
Applicants must have professional experience with:

* Marketing project coordination
* Building and managing SOPs
* Creating project checklists
* Managing task dependencies
* Workflow documentation

* Client onboarding
* Working with remote teams
What You’ll Do
* Review Zoo
* Convert meetings into organized ClickUp projects
* Create detailed task lists with clear ownership
* Identify project dependencies before work begins
* Build and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Create reusable ClickUp templates
* Ensure every project follows the correct checklist
* Monitor project deadlines and follow up with tea
* Coordinate work between designers, developers, marketers, and leadership
* Improve efficiency through automation and better processes
* Work closely with leadership to continually improve how projects flow through the company
