**Job Title:** Senior Website Designer, Conversion Strategist, and SEO Website Builder
**Job Type:** Project Based to Start, Long Term Possible
**Company:** Strategique Partners
**Industry:** Healthcare M&A, Behavioral Health, Investment Banking, Strategic Advisory
**Location:** Remote
We are hiring a senior website designer and website builder to help us improve and finish the Strategique Partners website.
This is not a basic web design job.
We do not need someone who only makes pages look nice. We need someone who understands that a website is a sales asset, credibility tool, SEO asset, AI search asset, and conversion funnel.
Strategique Partners is a specialized healthcare and behavioral health M&A advisory firm. We work with business owners, healthcare operators, investors, buyers, lenders, and referral partners.
Our website needs to feel premium, institutional, sharp, trustworthy, and highly conversion focused.
The site must clearly explain:
1. Who we are
2. What we do
3. Who we help
4. Why we are credible
5. Why we are different
6. What service fits each visitor
7. What action the visitor should take next
The goal is not just better design. The goal is a website that helps generate qualified calls, client inquiries, referrals, buyer interest, seller interest, and healthcare growth opportunities.
**What we need**
We need someone who can help with:
1. Premium website design
2. Website strategy
3. Sales funnel planning
4. Conversion optimization
5. SEO structure
6. AI search and answer engine visibility
7. Clear service page architecture
8. Strong calls to action
9. Messaging hierarchy
10. Mobile responsive design
11. WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or similar implementation
12. Quality control across desktop and mobile
You should be able to look at a website section and explain:
1. What is unclear
2. Why it does not convert
3. What the visitor needs to understand
4. What objection needs to be answered
5. What trust signals are missing
6. How the layout should be improved
7. How the page should be structured for SEO
8. What CTA should be used
9. How the page fits into the overall sales funnel
We are not looking for a basic designer who waits for every instruction. We need someone with strong judgment, taste, strategy, and execution.
**The website must be designed for**
1. Maximum conversion
2. Clear messaging
3. Strong sales funnel flow
4. SEO performance
5. AI search visibility
6. Google rankings
7. Lead generation
8. Trust building
9. Authority building
10. Fast visitor understanding
11. Easy navigation by audience and service need
12. Clean mobile experience
A visitor should quickly understand whether they are in the right place and what to do next.
If the design looks good but does not convert, the project failed.
If the site is pretty but the messaging is unclear, the project failed.
If the site does not help us rank, get found, and generate qualified opportunities, the project failed.
**Audience types**
The website needs to speak to several audiences without becoming confusing:
1. Behavioral health business owners considering a sale
2. Founders who need valuation guidance
3. Healthcare operators trying to grow
4. Treatment centers, therapy groups, psychiatry practices, and healthcare providers
5. Investors and private equity groups
6. Strategic buyers
7. Lenders and referral partners
8. Healthcare entrepreneurs building or expanding programs
For our healthcare growth and digital marketing services, the site also needs to communicate patient acquisition clearly. We help healthcare operators think beyond traffic and focus on leads, booked consults, admissions, patients, revenue, and actual growth.
**Required sales funnel exercise**
Before designing pages, we want you to think through the website as a full sales funnel.
You should be able to help us define:
1. Main audience groups
2. Visitor intent for each audience
3. Best path through the website
4. Primary and secondary CTAs
5. Trust signals needed
6. Objections that need to be answered
7. Priority pages
8. Homepage structure
9. Service page structure
10. Internal linking structure
11. Lead capture points
12. SEO content opportunities
13. Landing page opportunities
14. Conversion points for cold, warm, referral, and direct traffic
The final website should not just be a collection of pages. It should guide the right visitor toward the right action.
**SEO and AI search requirements**
The site should be built with strong SEO fundamentals and modern AI search visibility in mind.
You should understand or be able to work carefully around:
1. Search intent
2. Page titles
3. Meta descriptions
4. H1, H2, and H3 structure
5. Internal linking
6. Service page architecture
7. FAQ sections where useful
8. Schema recommendations
9. Helpful content structure
10. Clear answer based sections
11. Mobile usability
12. Image optimization
13. Page speed
14. Conversion tracking readiness
We do not want keyword stuffing, thin SEO pages, or generic AI copy.
We need clear, useful, authoritative pages designed for humans first, but structured properly for Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI answer engines.
**Design direction**
The site should feel like a premium boutique investment banking and advisory firm in healthcare.
The design should be:
1. Clean
2. Institutional
3. Sharp
4. Confident
5. Minimal
6. Premium
7. Trustworthy
8. High whitespace
9. Professional but not cold
10. More advisory firm than marketing agency
Preferred direction includes deep navy, slate, muted blue, white, black, light gray, and muted gray. The site should not feel like a generic agency template, local SEO company, startup SaaS page, or basic healthcare clinic website.
Preferred font direction is elegant serif headlines with clean modern body text.
**Core service areas**
The website will support services such as:
1. Sell Side M&A Advisory
2. Buy Side M&A Advisory
3. Behavioral Health M&A
4. Valuation and Strategic Advisory
5. Growth Strategy
6. Healthcare Digital Marketing
7. SEO and Lead Generation for Healthcare Operators
8. Patient Acquisition Strategy
9. MSO and Startup Advisory
10. Licensing, operational, and market development support
11. Deal preparation and business positioning
**Required skills**
You should be strong in:
1. Figma
2. Premium desktop web design
3. Responsive mobile design
4. WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Elementor, or similar platforms
5. Typography and spacing
6. B2B professional services websites
7. Conversion focused landing pages
8. SEO friendly website structure
9. Sales funnel planning
10. Service page architecture
11. Light copy structure and content organization
12. Quality control
**Bonus skills**
Experience with any of the following is a major plus:
1. Investment banking websites
2. Private equity websites
3. Law firm websites
4. Consulting firm websites
5. Healthcare websites
6. Behavioral health websites
7. Healthcare SEO
8. Patient acquisition landing pages
9. Google Analytics
10. Google Search Console
11. Tag Manager
12. Schema markup
13. Lead forms and conversion tracking
**How to apply**
To make sure you read this carefully, your first line must be:
“I build premium websites that convert, not generic templates.”
Then answer these questions:
1. Send 3 websites from your portfolio that are closest to what we need. Explain exactly what you designed, built, or strategized.
2. Which platforms are you strongest in?
3. Are you stronger as a designer, builder, strategist, or all three?
4. Show one example where you improved a website’s conversion, credibility, SEO structure, or professional appearance.
5. How would you approach a sales funnel exercise for this website?
6. What should the homepage prove in the first 10 seconds?
7. What service pages would you recommend for a firm like ours?
8. How do you think about SEO and AI search visibility when designing a site?
9. What is your availability and preferred project rate or monthly rate?
10. Include the word “navy” somewhere in your application.
**Important**
Do not send a generic application.
Do not only say “I am interested.”
Do not send a long AI written message that does not answer the questions.
Do not apply if you only care about visual design and do not understand conversion.
Do not apply if you need every small design decision explained to you.
Do not apply if you cannot explain the business purpose behind your design choices.
Do not apply if you cannot provide real portfolio examples.
We are looking for a one stop shop for website strategy, sales funnel planning, premium design, implementation, SEO structure, conversion improvement, and quality control.
Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a small paid test where they review one existing website section and explain:
1. What is wrong with it
2. Why it does not convert well enough
3. How the messaging should be clearer
4. How the section should fit into the sales funnel
5. How it should be improved for SEO and AI search visibility
6. How they would redesign it
We care more about judgment, taste, strategy, precision, and execution than a long resume.
