JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced **Etsy SEO & Listing Specialist** to help grow multiple successful Etsy stores focused on **Digital Downloads** and **Print-on-Demand (POD)** products.

This is **not** a beginner position. We are looking for someone who understands Etsy's search algorithm and knows how to create listings that rank and convert.

### Responsibilities

* Create optimized Etsy listings from completed designs.
* Write SEO-friendly titles using high-volume keywords.
* Research and select relevant Etsy tags.
* Choose the best product categories and attributes.
* Write compelling product descriptions that improve conversions.
* Upload mockups and organize listing images.
* Optimize existing listings based on performance.
* Research competitors and identify keyword opportunities.
* Follow our listing SOP and maintain consistent quality.

### Requirements

* Proven experience managing Etsy listings.
* Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and keyword research.
* Experience using tools such as **EverBee, eRank, Alura, or Marmalead**.
* Excellent English writing skills.
* Detail-oriented and organized.
* Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Digital Downloads and Print-on-Demand is highly preferred.

### Bonus Skills

* Knowledge of seasonal and trending Etsy products.
* Experience with Canva or Adobe products.
* Basic understanding of conversion optimization.
* Experience managing multiple Etsy shops.
