JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a solid Google Ads Specialist / Media Buyer who actually knows how to scale accounts, not just burn budget.

To be completely honest, I don't have time to micromanage or teach the basics. I need someone who can jump right in, look at our current setups, tell me what’s broken, and fix it. If you are still figuring out the difference between Search and Performance Max, this role is probably not for you.

What you’ll be doing:
Setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, Youtube, etc.).

A/B testing copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Analyzing data daily to improve ROAS and lower CPA.

Reporting what matters (ROI, revenue) – I don't care about vanity metrics.

What I’m looking for:
Proven Experience: You’ve successfully managed and scaled Google Ads accounts before (ecommerce or lead gen).

Data-Driven Mindset: You look at data and see a story, not just numbers.

Proactive: You bring ideas to the table. You don't wait for me to tell you what to do.

Good English communication skills.
