You will manage a portfolio of clients inside a fast-growing digital marketing agency, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring world-class client experience and results
You’ll work closely with:
Meta Ads + Google Ads accounts
GoHighLevel CRM systems
Media Buyers, Designers, and Operations teams
US-based clients on monthly Zoom calls

You’re a great fit if you have:
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency (client-facing)
Strong spoken and written English (daily client communication required)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and GoHighLevel (not just basic familiarity)
Strong organization, ownership, and attention to detail
A reliable home office setup (fast internet, quiet space, good mic/camera)
A performance-driven mindset (you like accountability and results)
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships
Monitor account health and proactively identify issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution quality
Provide insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations
Support client retention and account growth
Ensure 100% meeting attendance and follow-through on tasks
