About the Role
We're a CRM agency serving life, health, and Medicare insurance agents on the GoHighLevel platform. We place skilled admins directly with our clients — you'd be responsible for the day-to-day admin tasks of a single GHL account on behalf of one client.
This is hands-on account management. You're the person inside the platform getting things done: managing contacts, building funnels, setting up campaigns, answering calls, and keeping the account running smoothly.
This is an Admin Role — not a developer/tech role. No advanced API work, custom code, or complex automation architecture. If that's what you're after, this isn't the fit.
What You Must Know (GoHighLevel)

Perfect understanding of US timezones (this trips a lot of people up)
Build forms, surveys, and funnels
Manage users and data assignment

Load and export contacts correctly within the CRM (field mapping, etc.)
Create custom fields and custom values
Set up the phone system — and be able to answer calls
Know the basics of workflows (not advanced):
Set up an appointment reminder campaign
Diagnose a contact stuck in the wrong workflow
Build funnels/websites using GHL's new AI Studio
Connect and manage integrations (Google,
Build and send
Manage pipelines/opportunities and move deals through stages
Build basic trigger links and manage tags
Understand conversations/inbox management and reputation (reviews) basics
Big Bonus

Prior VA/admin experience managing a client's account
