JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative Amazon Creative & AI Content VA to design high-converting visual content for our product listings. This role centers on listing image creation and optimization, AI-generated lifestyle and infographic images, and A+ Content across several Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate pairs strong design skills with experience using AI content tools and a good grasp of Amazon best practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize Amazon listing images that convert and stay compliant
- Design AI-generated lifestyle and infographic visuals for listings
- Build and maintain A+ Content for new and existing products
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Amazon Creative Studio, and Adobe Express to produce content efficiently
- Refresh visuals across a large existing catalogue of listings
- Support new product launches with creative assets across UK, EU, and US marketplaces
- Follow Amazon image and content guidelines on all deliverables
- Help build a scalable, repeatable content production process
- Apply Amazon best practices to lift click-through and conversion

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience designing and optimizing Amazon listing images and A+ Content
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, or similar
- Strong understanding of Amazon image requirements and listing best practices
- Solid graphic design skills with a sharp eye for layout, color, and typography
- Ability to create conversion-focused visual content
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting products across UK, EU, and US Amazon marketplaces
- Familiarity with Amazon Creative Studio and Adobe Express
- Experience handling high-volume catalogues and scalable workflows
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization
- Experience supporting new product launches
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
