Business Growth & Administration Assistant (WordPress, SEO & Customer Service)
About Lethal Pest Control
Lethal Pest Control is an established, award-winning pest management company based on the Gold Coast, Australia.
We specialise in premium residential, commercial, termite and body corporate pest management services and pride ourselves on professionalism, customer service and long-term client relationships.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team for the long term and genuinely help grow our business.
This is not a role where you simply answer phones and complete administration.
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems and helping businesses grow.
Hours
The position will commence at approximately 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday).
As the business grows, there is an opportunity for this role to increase to approximately 30 hours per week as a long-term position.
Your Responsibilities
When customer enquiries are received you will:
Answer incoming customer enquiries professionally.
Book jobs.
Prepare quotations.
Prepare invoices.
Maintain our CRM.
Follow up quotations.
Respond to customer emails.
Provide exceptional customer service.
When customer enquiries are quiet, you will proactively help grow our business by:
Updating and improving our WordPress website.
Improving our SEO.
Managing and improving our Google Business Profile.
Creating Facebook and Instagram content.
Designing marketing material in Canva.
Contacting body corporates.
Contacting strata managers.
Contacting property managers.
Contacting commercial businesses.
Following up potential clients.
Building relationships with new customers.
Looking for new opportunities to generate quality work.
We expect you to take initiative and always look for ways to improve our business rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Essential Skills
You must have experience with:
WordPress.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Google Business Profile.
Social media management.
Canva.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Professional customer service.
Sales and appointment booking.
Working independently with minimal supervision.
Highly Desirable
Experience with:
Australian businesses.
Pest control companies.
Trade or service industries.
CRM software.
