Hey there!
I am looking for a **Creative Strategist with solid Meta Ads experience** who can help us develop, test, and improve high-performing ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
This is a **part-time role** with around **20 hours per week**.
Payment per month: **300 USD**
Please let me know your favorite animal at the beginning of your proposal and why.
Your main responsibility will be to create strong creative strategies for Meta Ads and help us test different angles, hooks, formats, and concepts in a structured way.
You should understand how performance creatives work and how to create ads that are not just visually good, but also designed to convert.
Your main tasks will include:
* Developing new creative ideas for Meta Ads
* Creating angles, hooks, concepts, and scripts for ads
* Planning structured creative tests
* Hook testing, angle testing, format testing, and offer testing
* Analyzing which creatives perform best and why
* Giving clear instructions to our video editor/designer
* Reviewing finished creatives before they go live
* Creating clear naming structures for tests
* Helping organize creatives in spreadsheets
* Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Understanding campaign structure, ad sets, ads, budgets, and testing logic
* Making decisions based on performance data
Important:
We already have someone for video creation/editing.
Your role is not mainly to edit videos yourself.
Your role is to come up with the strategy, angles, hooks, scripts, concepts, and clear instructions so the video editor can create the assets.
We will provide access to different creative research tools and ad research platforms, such as:
* GetHooked AI
* WinningHunter AI /
* Kalodata
*
* Other research tools if needed
You can use these tools to find winning ads, analyze trends, collect inspiration, study competitor creatives, and identify strong angles, hooks, and formats.
However, the most important part is not just copying ads.
We are looking for someone who can use these tools strategically, understand why certain creatives work, and turn the research into new creative concepts, testing ideas, and clear instructions for our video editor.
You should have experience with:
* Meta Ads creative strategy
