Part-Time Virtual Assistant — Digital Products, Pinterest, Etsy, Amazon KDP

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am the founder of Elite Luxe Holdings LLC, a premium digital products brand based in the United States serving women over 50. Our products include ebooks, digital planners, and manifestation guides sold on Gumroad, Etsy, and Amazon KDP.

I am looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Filipino VA who takes pride in their work and follows instructions precisely. This is a long-term position with room to grow as the business grows.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EACH WEEK:

• Upload and SEO-optimize digital product listings on Etsy
• Publish ebooks on Amazon KDP using files and instructions I provide
• Create and schedule Pinterest pins from graphics and captions I provide (5–10 pins per week)
• Post pre-written articles on Medium and embed affiliate links I provide
• Post pre-written answers on Reddit and Quora to drive traffic to our products
• Confirm task completion daily via WhatsApp or email

WHAT I PROVIDE TO YOU EVERY MONDAY:

• All written content — you never write anything from scratch
• All graphics and images ready to use
• Step-by-step instructions for every task
• Weekly content package delivered to you by Monday morning

WHAT I DO NOT NEED:

• No content writing
• No customer service
• No strategy or decision making
• No paid advertising management

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF:

• You have at least 1 year of experience with Etsy digital product listings
• You have published at least one book on Amazon KDP
• You actively manage Pinterest accounts for clients
• You are highly organized and never miss a deadline
• You communicate proactively — you update me before I have to ask
• You are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• You take instructions seriously and follow them exactly as given

REQUIREMENTS:

• Stable internet connection — non-negotiable
• Available for at least 5–8 hours per week
• Must respond to messages within 24 hours Monday through Friday
• Must submit a weekly completion report every Friday
