JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and AI-enabled Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with modern AI tools to produce high-quality visual content efficiently.

You'll work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to create compelling digital and print assets while helping improve creative workflows through AI-assisted design.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design marketing collateral including email campaigns, presentations, sales materials, advertisements, and promotional assets
* Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, banners, and campaign visuals that align with our brand identity
* Design digital assets for websites, landing pages, kiosks, digital signage, and client-facing applications
* Produce print materials including brochures, flyers, trade show graphics, signage, and event materials
* Design visually appealing newsletters and email templates
* Create basic motion graphics and edit short-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional content (good to have)
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and project teams to translate ideas into impactful visual designs
* Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all channels
* Organize and manage design assets, templates, and brand libraries

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
* Experience using Canva for rapid content creation and template development
* Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

### AI Skills (Required)

We are looking for a designer who embraces AI as part of their creative workflow.

The ideal candidate should:

* Be an AI-powered designer with strong prompt engineering skills for generating high-quality visual assets
* Be proficient with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram, Flux, Runway, or similar platforms
* Use AI responsibly to accelerate ideation, image generation, mockups, background removal, object replacement, content creation, and creative exploration
* Understand how to refine and polish AI-generated assets into production-ready designs
* Stay current with emerging AI design technologies and workflows

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience designing for both digital and print production
* Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
* Experience with newsletter design and email marketing platforms
* Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
* Experience creating simple motion graphics or animated content
* Knowledge of branding and marketing campaigns
