JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a smart, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber who can help us build and manage high-quality client websites more efficiently.

This role is not just for someone who can “follow tasks.” We need someone who can think critically, ask good questions, catch issues before they become problems, and use modern tools like AI to work faster and better.

You will be working closely with me on WordPress websites, Elementor Pro builds, ACF field structures, SEO-focused page layouts, content population, quality control, and client website updates.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is competent, organized, reliable, and detail-focused.

You should be comfortable working in WordPress and Elementor Pro, understand how ACF works, and have a basic understanding of how website structure, content, headings, internal links, and page quality affect SEO.

You do not need to be a full developer, but you should be technically capable, willing to learn, and able to solve problems without needing every small step explained.

Key Responsibilities
Build and update WordPress websites using Elementor Pro
Work with Elementor Pro’s newer editor/interface
Create and manage page layouts based on provided designs or instructions
Populate website content accurately
Work with ACF fields and understand how fields connect to templates
Help organize content for service pages, city pages, blog posts, and landing pages
Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to assist with content, structure, research, and workflow speed
Review pages for quality, layout issues, mobile responsiveness, spacing, broken sections, and missing details
Make sure pages follow basic SEO best practices
Help with internal linking, headings, meta titles, descriptions, and content structure
Communicate clearly about task status, blockers, and questions
Work efficiently and meet deadlines
Required Skills
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Elementor Pro
Familiarity with ACF / Advanced Custom Fields
Basic understanding of SEO
Strong attention to detail
Strong critical thinking skills
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools
Ability to follow instructions without needing constant hand-holding
Good written English communication
Reliable internet and availability during agreed working hours
Bonus Skills

These are not required, but they are a plus:

Experience with Rank Math or Yoast SEO
Experience with local SEO websites
Experience building service business websites
Basic CSS knowledge
Experience with custom post types
Experience using project management tools
Familiarity with schema, internal linking, and website QC checklists
Experience working with agencies
