JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a client-focused, proactive Customer Service and Account Coordinator to serve as the primary bridge between our creative team and our clients.

This isn't your typical call-center customer service role. We need someone who deeply understands the photography and videography industry, can confidently talk shop with both clients and creators, and possesses the administrative sharpness to manage the post-production pipeline. If you are a stellar communicator who loves building relationships and keeping projects on track, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Account Management
End-to-End Client Liaison: Manage the client journey by communicating smoothly and professionally prior to, during, and after shoots.
Inquiry Management: Act as the main point of contact, promptly handling inquiries and leads across email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
Client Success & Rapport: Maintain excellent relationships post-project to drive satisfaction and actively collect positive Google reviews.

Workflow Coordination & Quality Assurance
Media Preparation: Assist the creative workflow by preparing assets for editing, including handling initial photo adjustments, cropping, and exporting.
Timeline Management: Coordinate with freelance retouchers to manage, track, and enforce post-production deadlines.
Quality Control (QC): Thoroughly vet and quality-check all photo and video submissions from creators and retouchers to ensure they meet brand standards before final client delivery.
Sales Administration: Handle daily essential admin, including preparing professional quotations and sending invoices.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Industry Knowledge: 2–3 years of experience, including a background in Photography/Videography (familiar with workflows/jargon) and at least 1 year in Customer Service, Sales, or Admin.
Communication: Good interpersonal skills to professionally manage diverse stakeholders (clients, photographers, retouchers) via email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Remote Execution & Reliability: A self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive remote worker who takes ownership of tasks, works independently, and strictly meets tight deadlines.
