The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Guest Experience VA to support our UK-based team.
Whilst you won't be dealing with many check ins/check outs, it's important you help with guest messages and make the guest feel looked after, and make sure transactions are reconciled against bills on Xero.
You’ll be at the heart of our guest communication, booking systems, and internal processes, supporting everything from review responses to reservation checks, listing updates, and team operations. Since this is an evening shift for UK time, you will be required to support with other ad hoc stuff during the quieter guest hours; bookkeeping, finance help, revenue management, ops help.
You will also be required to take ad hoc calls throughout UK night time. We currently experience low volumes, and will pay a premium per call, but we ask that you only apply if you are able to take these guest calls and help troubleshoot.
We are after someone who takes initiative with this and can problem solve on their own!
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Communication
Monitor and respond to guest reviews from Airbnb,
Manage guest inquiries from booking platforms (Guesty, and our shared inbox) with warmth, professionalism, and speed.
Assist with resolving guest concerns by coordinating with the UK team and proposing helpful solutions, either directly or indirectly by liaising with maintenance, housekeeping, external help, etc.
Take guest and operations-related calls through Aircall, following standard protocols and escalating to the UK team as needed.
Xero book keeping, bills upload. Experience here is necessary.

IT literate and experience using multiple software’s
Accounting
Desired Qualities:
Property management related experience is preferred
Experience using Property Management Software including Guesty, Monday, Slack and Suite Ops or similar.
