Role Overview
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and executing effective social media strategies for clients. This role ensures content quality, alignment with brand guidelines, and smooth communication across teams and clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative mindset and the ability to analyze performance to drive continuous improvement.
KPIs & Performance Expectations
-Track and report on social media performance for all client accounts.

-Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategy alignment.

Key Responsibilities
A Typical Day Includes:
-Leading brainstorming sessions and reviewing content drafts.
-Coordinating with tea
-Communicating with clients regarding approvals and content strategy.
-Tracking metrics and performance reports.
-Providing mentorship and feedback to tea
Content Quality & Execution
-Oversee content quality and ensure deliverables meet standards.
-Supervise scheduling and posting across platforms according to content calendars.
-Ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
Analytics & Reporting
-Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.
-Provide insights to improve content strategy and engagement.
-Demonstrate value to clients through clear reporting.
Client & Team Communication
-Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams.
-Provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Ad Hoc Content Support
-Conduct research, assist in content creation, and manage posting as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience managing social media campaigns
-Strong copywriting, content creation, and creative direction skills.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
-Proficiency in social media tools
