JOB OVERVIEW

I am building a Rank & Rent Factory.

The long-term goal is to build and manage hundreds of local lead generation websites that generate calls and leads for local businesses.

I am looking for a systems-minded AI and automation specialist who can help improve the entire business, not just complete random tasks.

This role is for someone who likes building workflows, improving processes, documenting systems, using AI tools, and finding ways to reduce manual work.

You may help with:

- Building AI-assisted workflows
- Using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to improve production
- Creating and improving SOPs
- Automating repetitive tasks with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets, or ClickUp
- Helping organize website production workflows
- Improving local SEO and website production systems
- Creating QA checklists
- Testing AI agents and automation ideas
- Researching tools and recommending better systems
- Helping turn messy processes into repeatable workflows

Useful skills:

- ChatGPT / Claude
- AI tools
- Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Google Sheets
- ClickUp
- SOP writing
- WordPress
- Local SEO
- Web research
- Process documentation
- Basic Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script is a plus

You do not need to know everything.

I care more about problem-solving, clear thinking, communication, and willingness to learn than a perfect resume.

This is NOT a simple content writing job.

This is NOT for someone who only says “I know ChatGPT.”

I want someone who can eventually become an AI Systems Builder inside the company.

The right person will help us build systems so future VAs can produce websites faster, better, and with less confusion.
