Customer Operations Executive – SAP / Wholesale Customer Service
Full-time | Remote (Philippines) | USD $230 per week | Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm Australian Eastern Time

A leading international apparel and headwear brand needs an experienced Customer Operations Executive for its remote wholesale customer-service team.

You’ll manage wholesale customer orders end-to-end in SAP and/or EDI, coordinate deliveries, and work closely with sales, logistics, warehouse and finance so orders are accurate, on time, and customers stay informed.

Salary: USD $230 per week
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Australian Eastern Time (AET)

Key responsibilities
• Enter and manage wholesale customer orders in SAP
• Process and monitor EDI orders
• Track open orders, deliveries and stock delays
• Prepare open-order and delivery-status reports
Communicate order and delivery updates to wholesale customers
• Work closely with sales, sourcing, logistics, warehouse and finance
• Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, short shipments and damaged goods
• Provide invoices, POD and order acknowledgements
• Manage returns per company policies
• Assist with product, pricing and account enquiries
• Troubleshoot customer and B2B platform issues
• Support eCommerce order enquiries when required
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within deadlines

Must-haves
Fluent spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
• 1–2+ years customer service, order processing, wholesale operations or similar
• SAP experience highly preferred
• EDI order management highly preferred
• Experience in wholesale, retail, FMCG, fashion or distribution
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detail-focused, organised, proactive and reliable
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines and follow up independently
• Comfortable working with sales, warehouse, logistics and finance
• Able to work Australian business hours (9:00am–5:00pm AET) consistently

Performance expectations
• ≥97% order accuracy
• Orders entered within 48 hours of receipt
• Enquiries answered within 24 hours
• Delivery delays communicated before due dates
• Warehouse amendments handled promptly
• Ownership of issues from start to resolution
