About ICNC Films
We're a video production and Meta advertising agency based in Illinois. We work exclusively with home service and trades contractors — HVAC, roofing, fencing, plumbing, remodeling, concrete — filming their crews on job sites and running their paid Meta ad campaigns. We have 40+ active clients and we're growing. This role exists because we need someone dedicated to keeping that pipeline full.
Who We're Looking For
This is not a copy-paste outreach job. We need someone with a bright personality, genuine drive, and a real interest in seeing ICNC Films grow. You'll be the first voice many prospects hear from us. That matters. You need to be sharp, personable, and professional — someone who can hold a real conversation with a business owner, not just read from a script.
Fluent English is required. Not conversational — fluent. You'll be speaking with contractors and small business owners across Chicagoland and your communication needs to reflect our brand.
What You'll Be Doing
Your job is to book qualified sales calls onto the owner's calendar. That means identifying prospects in our service area (Chicagoland and surrounding Illinois markets), reaching out through
When things are slow, you don't wait to be told what to do — you go find potential clients. You take initiative, research local contractors in our niche, and build your own outreach list if needed.
You'll track every lead, every touchpoint, and every follow-up inside our Lead Tracker (Google Sheets). Nothing falls through the cracks. You'll communicate daily inside Slack with our internal team and be available for weekly or daily sync calls to go over pipeline, performance, and priorities.
You'll submit a daily or weekly activity report covering calls made, conversations had, follow-ups scheduled, and appointments booked. No hiding behind vague updates — we want real numbers.
What We Expect
Fluent English, spoken and written. A personality that comes through on a cold call or a DM. Detail-oriented to the point where messy tracking actually bothers you. Punctual — if a sync is at 10am, you're there at 10am. Resilient — outbound is tough and you don't let a rough stretch derail you. Familiar with what trades and contractor businesses care about is a big plus.
You need to be comfortable in Google Sheets, Slack, and whatever outreach tools we're using. You should be able to handle basic objections — "we already have someone," "not the right time," "not interested" — and keep the conversation alive long enough to plant a seed or book a call.
Compensation
Competitive base monthly rate based on experience. Commission opportunity on top of base when leads you booked result in closed clients. We define "closed" clearly upfront so there's no confusion at payout time. Long-term role with real growth potential as ICNC Films scales.

What We're NOT Looking For
Someone who needs to be micromanaged. Someone who goes quiet when the pipeline is slow. Someone who tracks loosely and reports vaguely. Someone who treats this like a side gig.
