• Comfortable making phone calls and
• Detail-oriented (tracking many units/tasks at once)
• Spreadsheet or system experience (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Basic cost comparison / price checking ability
• Analyze daily and weekly operational activity across multiple properties (maintenance, tenant requests, unit turns, vendor work, etc.)
• Identify pending, overdue, or incomplete tasks and report status clearly
• Prepare structured weekly reports for management including:
• Open vs completed work orders
• Unit readiness (vacant, make-ready, occupied status)
• Maintenance backlog and priorities
• Vendor response and completion performance
• Highlight issues, delays, and recurring problems that need management attention
• Ensure accuracy of data by cross-checking updates from staff, vendors, and systems
• Ability to create simple marketing materials such as flyers, notices, and announcements
• Fluent or highly comfortable using Canva for design and editing
• Supports leasing or property marketing tasks when needed (basic promotional content, postings, etc.)
