We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist with proven experience generating qualified B2B leads for IT Staff Augmentation, Software Development, IT Outsourcing, or Technology Services companies.
This is a Google Ads-focused role only. We are not looking for a general digital marketer, SEO specialist, or social media marketer. Your primary responsibility is to build, optimize, and scale high-performing Google Ads campaigns that generate qualified sales leads.
Responsibilities
-Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
-Conduct keyword research targeting high-intent B2B buyers.
-Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, and Cost per Qualified Lead.
-Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads.
-Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences.
-Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
-Monitor search terms, negative keywords, bidding strategies, and competitor activity.
-Work closely with our sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
-Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Required Qualifications
-5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
-Proven success generating qualified B2B leads through Google Ads.
-Experience working with IT Staff Augmentation, Software Development, IT Consulting, SaaS, or other B2B technology companies.

-Experience managing monthly advertising budgets and optimizing for ROI.
-Google Ads Certification is preferred.

-Experience marketing to clients in the US, Australia, Europe, or Singapore.
