JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Senior Care & Entrepreneur Support
$4/hr | 20-40 hrs/ week| Long-Term

I'm a founder running two companies in the senior care space — a placement advisory firm and an early-stage tech platform. I need a sharp, self-directed VA who makes my life genuinely easier — not someone who creates more work for me to manage.
If you need hand-holding, this isn't the role for you. If you're the type who spots a problem before being asked and fixes it — keep reading.
Hours: 10am–5pm MST, Monday–Friday

What you'll be doing:
Business Operations

Own my inbox — triage, prioritize, respond to what doesn't need me, flag what does
Own my calendar — schedule meetings, protect my focus time, send prep docs and follow-ups
Manage and update pipelines in Go High Level (proficiency required)
Market research and outreach support for business expansion into new cities
Hiring support — post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews
Build and maintain SOPs so nothing lives only in my head
Weekly "state of the business" brief every Monday — what moved, what's stuck, what needs me
Pre-digest information before it reaches me: summarize long threads, research options, present a recommendation — not raw data

Content & Social Media

Create social content that sounds like me — not generic, not AI-sounding
Schedule and manage posts across platforms
Coordinate video submissions to my editor
Build presentations and slide decks as needed
Light graphic design / Canva work for events and campaigns

Personal & Life Admin

Manage and audit all subscriptions — flag anything to cancel or consolidate
Coordinate grocery delivery and household vendors
Research and book travel — flights, hotels, restaurants
Handle recurring personal admin so it never hits my plate

Proactive Thinking (this is the part most VAs miss)

Identify areas where you could add value I haven't thought of yet
Follow up on things that are falling through the cracks before I notice
Flag referral partners, contacts, or tasks that have gone quiet too long
Suggest what else to take off my plate as you learn how I operate

You're the right fit if:

You're proficient in Go High Level
You write clean, clear English and can match someone's voice
You work in Google Workspace and pick up new tools fast
You think like an owner, not an employee
You follow through without being reminded
