JOB OVERVIEW

Assure Studios is a premium web design agency serving churches and small businesses across the US. We're hiring a focused, reliable appointment setter to run outbound cold calls and book qualified discovery appointments with decision-makers
.
What you'll do

Make outbound cold calls from provided lists (CloudTalk)
Follow our call scripts and handle basic objections
Book qualified appointments to our calendar
Log notes and call outcomes in CloudTalk on every call

Compensation

$7/hour base, paid weekly after each week worked (pay in arrears)
$25 per qualified lead (decision-maker, shows up, meets our criteria) — paid at the end of the month
$200 per conversion when a booked appointment becomes a signed client — paid at the end of the month, for conversions where the client's first payment has cleared

Trial period

First 2 weeks are a paid trial to make sure we're a good fit on both sides
During the trial, base pay is sent twice in the first week (every few days) so you're paid quickly while we get to know each other
After the trial, we settle into standard weekly pay

Schedule

Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM US Central Time — about 16 hours/week
Manila time: follows US Central business hours (currently 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM, shifts one hour with US daylight saving)

Quality & monitoring

Calls are recorded and monitored for quality and training
You'll follow our required call-recording disclosure on every call

You're a fit if you

Speak clear, confident, neutral-accent English
Have cold calling or phone sales experience
Are self-directed, organized, and consistent
Have a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet
