We're a growing B2B SaaS company selling a data/analytics platform to independent pharmacies across the US. We're hiring an outbound sales rep to drive new business through high-volume, phone-based prospecting to pharmacy owners and decision-makers. Full details on the product and pitch will be covered during onboarding/interview.
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for outbound sales activity, including high-volume phone-based prospecting and client engagement with independent pharmacy owners and decision-makers.
-Run outbound calls against provided lead lists, qualify prospects, and move them through a defined pipeline toward a booked demo or close.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all call activity, prospect status, and notes in the CRM.
- Additional responsibilities, data support functions, in coordination with management.
- Continued employment and advancement in this role is dependent on performance, including but not limited to outbound activity levels, pipeline development, and revenue contribution.
What success looks like in the first 90 days: consistent daily call volume, a working pipeline of qualified leads, and at least a handful of booked demos per week.
