TAAP – Advisory Program Division
The Tax Advisor Accelerator Program helps firms build, scale, and operationalize advisory services through coaching, frameworks, and implementation support. We help firms increase revenue, strengthen client relationships, and deliver better outcomes.

Where You’ll Work — Client Success Department

The Client Success Department is the core of our customer experience across TAAP and Tax Maverick. Our CSMs play a critical role in helping firms get results, adopt best-in-class systems, and grow their advisory revenue.

This is not a simple support role; it is a relationship-driven, strategy-focused, high-ownership role responsible for:

• Onboarding new firms
• Guiding clients through the TAAP frameworks
• Helping firms implement Tax Maverick effectively
• Providing accountability, coaching, and strategic direction
• Hosting calls, check-ins, and success reviews
• Managing retention, renewals, and ascensions
• Identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and driving outcomes
• Supporting clients through challenges, strategy, and execution

You will directly influence client results, community culture, and company revenue.
This is a role for someone who thrives in growth, structure, communication, and high performance.
