The Home Improvement Network is looking for an experienced POWER DIALER who knows how to get homeowners to commit to appointments. We are looking for someone who is dependable, competitive, and can consistently hit daily appointment goals.

This is NOT an entry-level position. You MUST have previous experience setting appointments in the home improvement industry.

PAY
$5.00 per hour
$25 Demo Bonus for every homeowner who completes their scheduled in-home demonstration.
START DATE

We are looking for someone who can start immediately, as early as Monday july 13th.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Applicants MUST have at least 1 year of appointment setting experience in one or more of the following industries:

Windows & Doors
Roofing
Kitchen Remodeling
Bathroom Remodeling
Home Improvement

If you do not have experience in these industries, please do not apply.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday through Saturday (6 days per week)
9:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST
1-hour unpaid lunch
You must be logged in and ready to work on time every day.
DAILY EXPECTATIONS

You must be comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Minimum requirements include:

500+ dials per day
2,500+ dials per week
1–3 appointments scheduled every day
Minimum of 6 qualified appointments each week
Ensure all decision-makers will be present at the appointment
Follow scripts while confidently handling objections
Maintain a high demo rate

Failure to consistently meet production expectations may result in termination.

YOU MUST HAVE
Previous appointment setting experience in home improvement
Excellent English communication skills
Strong objection-handling abilities
Reliable computer or laptop
Professional USB headset with noise cancellation
High-speed, reliable internet connection
Quiet home office free from background noise
Ability to work independently without supervision
