Overview:
The Creative Director & Designer will design, develop, and refine creative assets to support client campaigns and internal projects. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, including the Paid Media Account Managers, to ensure that assets align with strategic goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and experienced in crafting assets for digital advertising, branding, and marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Focused Design Execution:
- Create high-quality digital assets for paid media campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, banners, videos, and animations.
- Design conversion-driven creatives for client-specific campaigns, ensuring alignment with their brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Develop and refine ad sets tailored to platform-specific requirements (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
Creative Project Management Service Delivery:
- Serve as the lead designer for the Creative Project Management service, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets for clients.
- Collaborate with the Account Managers to prioritize and manage client requests, ensuring all creative deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.
- Produce visual assets for demand generation and demand capture campaigns, such as storytelling visuals, promotional banners, and retargeting creatives.
Internal Marketing Support:
- Create sales and marketing collateral for the company, including pitch decks, brochures, social media content, and branding materials.
- Support company initiatives by developing visually engaging presentations and case studies that reflect the company's brand.
Creative Strategy & Optimization:
- Partner with internal teams to brainstorm creative concepts and strategies that enhance client performance.
- Continuously optimize designs based on performance feedback and A/B testing results.
- Stay updated on design trends and platform requirements to ensure that creative assets remain innovative and effective.
