We are a growing Direct Specialty Care Podiatry practice offering cash-pay services including regenerative medicine, shockwave therapy, and advanced pain management. We are looking for a digital marketing specialist who can run paid ad campaigns that bring in real patients, create compelling healthcare content, and own our marketing output from day one.
This is a patient-facing, B2C role. You will market directly to people who are in pain and looking for solutions. Your content needs to connect emotionally, build trust fast, and move people to book an appointment.
This is a part-time position with strong potential to grow as the practice expands.
What You Will Do
Meta Ads and Google Ads
Build, launch, and manage Meta
Content and Social Media
Create patient-facing content for
Email
Build and execute
Graphic Design
Create on-brand visual assets for paid ads, social media posts, and patient communications using Canva. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
SEO and Website
Conduct basic keyword research and optimize content for local search visibility. Perform basic website updates including blog publishing and page edits.
Reporting
Track and report on paid ad performance, website traffic, and patient engagement. Translate results into clear summaries with recommendations on what to adjust.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
2 or more years of hands-on experience running Meta ad campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization. Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns, including local search and call campaigns. This is a hard requirement. Experience marketing directly to consumers, not businesses. Good working English, spoken and written, sufficient to communicate clearly with the practice owner, provide updates, and write basic content. You do not need native-level fluency, but your communication must be clear, professional, and reliable.

Experience marketing healthcare services, medical practices, wellness brands, or patient-focused programs. Video editing or short-form video skills for social media content. Familiarity with patient engagement strategies or direct-pay healthcare marketing.

Hours: Part-time to start, flexible scheduling with overlap during EST business hours
