JOB OVERVIEW

We operate approximately 45 short-term rental properties and use Hostaway, Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , and OpenPhone for guest communications.

We are looking for an experienced automation specialist to build a communication monitoring system using ---------- , AI (Claude or ChatGPT), webhooks, APIs, and reporting tools.

This is a project-based engagement, not a full-time position.

Project Goals:

Monitor guest communications in Hostaway and OpenPhone.
Detect messages that have not been responded to within 3 minutes.
Send real-time alerts when SLA requirements are missed.
Detect critical guest issues such as:
Lockouts
Door code issues
No heat/AC
Water leaks
Refund requests
Safety concerns
Create daily performance reports for virtual assistants.
Generate AI-powered summaries of communication performance and missed opportunities.
