JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Community Growth Marketer for Riako.ai, an AI character chat app.

This role is not just a normal social media posting job. We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, Reddit, TikTok, ---------- s, AI characters, anime/gaming communities, and online community growth.

Your main responsibility will be to help Riako.ai grow through organic marketing, especially Reddit and short-form content.

Responsibilities:

* Find relevant Reddit communities for AI character chat, AI companions, anime, roleplay, gaming, ---------- s, and chatbot users
* Participate naturally in Reddit discussions without looking spammy
* Create Reddit post ideas, comments, and discussion topics
* Help promote Riako.ai in a natural and community-friendly way
* Create TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts content ideas
* Make simple short-form videos, ---------- s, screenshots, and captions
* Research trends in AI character apps, chatbot apps, anime, gaming, and ---------- communities
* Suggest weekly growth experiments
* Report what worked, what did not work, and what we should try next

You should be:

* Fluent or very strong in written English
* Familiar with Reddit culture and online communities
* Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
* Interested in AI, anime, gaming, ---------- s, roleplay, or chatbot products
* Able to write natural, casual, non-corporate English
* Proactive and creative
* Careful not to spam communities

Nice to have:

* Experience with Reddit marketing
* Experience with ---------- communities
* Experience with TikTok or Reels content
* Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Character AI, Replika, Janitor AI, Midjourney, or Stable Diffusion
* Basic video editing or Canva skills

Initial trial:

We will start with a small paid trial. Example tasks may include:

* 20 Reddit community research results
* 10 Reddit post ideas
* 10 short-form video ideas
* 5 sample Reddit posts/comments
* 5 short-form content samples

If the trial works well, this can become a long-term monthly role.
