We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing & Talent Acquisition Specialist who udnerstands that recruiting is both a sales and. marketing function - not simply posting jobs and waiting for applicants.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building recruiting systems, creating marketing campaigns, generating passive candidates, and improving hiring processes through data and continuous optimization.
What You Will Do:
Talent Acquisition
- Recruit U.S.-based healthcare professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavioral Technicians (BTs).
-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
-Source candidates through multiple channels beyond job boards.
-Screen applicants and coordinate interviews.
-Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
-Build and maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS)
Recruitment Marketing
-Create and manage Meta
-Develop recruiting funnels and landing pages.
-Create engaging recruitment advertisements and contents.
-Design graphics using Canva.
-Edit short-form recruitment videos using CapCut.
-Write compelling recruitment copy that attracts high quality candidates.
-Assist with employer branding initiatives.
Technology & Systems
-Build and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
-Utilize Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
-Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
-Track recruiting metrics using spreadsheets and dashboards.
