JOB OVERVIEW

**GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert — Full Agency & SaaS Mode Setup (Sub-Accounts, AI, Telephony)**

We're looking for a seasoned GoHighLevel expert to build out and configure our agency from the ground up. This is a complete setup project with potential for ongoing maintenance. You must be able to work independently and own the entire technical build.

**What you'll be doing:**

- Configure our GHL agency account and set up SaaS Mode with a repeatable sub-account structure — one dedicated sub-account per tea ---------- mber, built from a master template/snapshot so new sub-accounts can be spun up quickly and consistently.
- Provision a dedicated phone number for each sub-account, with full two-way SMS and email capability, and complete A2P 10DLC registration for SMS compliance.
- Set up call recording and automatic transcription on every inbound and outbound call within each sub-account.
- Build an AI workflow that takes each call transcript, runs it through a structured prompt to generate a written summary/overview of the call, and stores that summary on the corresponding contact record automatically.
- Build follow-up automations and workflows (email/SMS sequences, pipeline stages, triggers) that tie into the call and transcription process.
- Configure pipelines, calendars, contact records, custom fields, tags, and templates across the sub-accounts.
- Integrate any third-party tools needed to make the AI transcription/summary flow reliable (e.g., native GHL AI features, or Zapier/Make with a transcription service if native isn't sufficient — you advise us on the best approach).
- Document the setup so our team can manage it day-to-day after handoff.

**What you must have:**

- Minimum 2 years hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
- Deep, demonstrated expertise across the full platform — agency settings, SaaS Mode, sub-account snapshots/templates, workflows, pipelines, calendars, telephony, and A2P/10DLC.
- Strong, specific experience setting up AI features in GHL — call transcription, AI prompts/summaries, and conversation AI. This is essential, not a bonus.
- Experience with Zapier and/or Make for integrations where GHL native features fall short.
- Ability to work independently, recommend best practices, and clearly document your work.
